  • Winter salad with poached pears in red wine, endives and arugula

  • Beef tenderloin Wellington served with green peppercorn sauce ($18.00/portion)
  • Poached salmon with dill sauce ($12.00/portion)

  • Capon Prestige (stuffed big rooster) with truffles and Foie Gras ($150 up to 10 people, 8-9 lbs. without stuffing)

  • Caramelized Brussel sprouts
  • Roasted chestnuts, fingerlings potatoes and pearl onion
Desserts (minimum 6)
  • Croquembouche de Noël ($ 2.00/cream puff + display cost)

  • Bûche de Noël/Log cake - chocolate, vanilla or raspberry ($42.00 - 8", serves up to 8 people)

All orders can be picked up on Friday December 23rd (2.00pm - 7pm) or Saturday December 24th (9.00am - 12.00pm)
