Summer may seem far away but that doesn’t mean you have to forget the salads!
You can make nutritious and tasty winter salads and raw slaws with fresh seasonal vegetables even in the darkest days of winter. With a focus on seasonality, we will be using both root vegetables and leafy winter vegetables, making tasty dishes to keep you nourished until spring arrives.
